Tickets MUST be purchased online before the Event!  No sales at the door.  Additional fees may apply.  Ticket prices subject to change.  A ticket is required for attendees over the age of 2.

All Sales are Final.  Refunds are available ONLY if the event is canceled, otherwise no refunds.

Group Bundled Ticket Discount ONLY applies when tickets are purchased at the same time.  We are unable to add-on a ticket after the group purchase. Group tickets are limited. Please contact us at tickets@praiseinthepines.org for more group sales information.

After purchase you will receive an email from praiseinthepines@buytickets.at with your ticket and QR code.  Please bring this to the event as the QR code will be scanned (preferably from your phone) and a wristband will be issued for event entry. Wristbands are not transferable.

Praise in the Pines is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets.  Your QR Code is specific to your purchased ticket.  If you give it to someone else and they check in, that code becomes invalid.

Food and Beverages will be available on site from several local Food Trucks.

Professional cameras or cameras with interchangeable lenses are not allowed. No video equipment allowed. 

Parking is available at Northland Pines High School, Middle School, and Elementary School.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For the protection of our ticket buyers and event participants, third party selling of tickets will not be permitted.  There has been an increase in fraudulent and unlawful scams around concert ticket sales online. To ensure everyone has an official ticket to the event through proper channels, we recommend you purchase your tickets through the official ticketing outlet for this event. Any purchases through 3rd parties or 3rd party ticketing sites are not guaranteed and will limit your ability to receive up to date information for the event and any necessary assistance.

Late arrivals will be admitted, however there is no refund, discount or compensation, nor reserved seat for late arrival.

If attendee arrives after specified ticket type door time, participation in ticket type benefits cannot be guaranteed. It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together. All purchases are non-refundable.

We will be following the local health guidelines at the time of the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow any health and safety guidelines required at the time of the event. Please consider there is an inherent risk of exposure to infectious diseases in any place where people are present. We cannot ensure or be held liable that the premises are free from contagions. By voluntarily entering and being present at this event, you, and each person in your party, acknowledge and agree to accept complete and sole responsibility for the inherent risk of possible exposure.

EVENT CANCELLATION

Praise in the Pines, Inc. will make every effort to reschedule the event and honor your ticket.  The service charge is not refundable. In order to obtain refunds in the event of cancellation, ticket purchasers must present their tickets to Praise in the Pines, Inc at tickets@praiseinthepines.org no later than 90 days after the event is canceled. Praise in the Pines, Inc. will make a refund no later than 60 days after you present your ticket.  Alternatively you can opt to change your ticket to a tax deductible donation to Praise in the Pines, Inc. and our mission to support the local community.
